wednesday

its wednesday. i wish it was saturday. if it was i would be sleeping instead of typing. yesterday was the first day of the work week for me and i was so tired that i slept for at least 2 hours on the comfy chair in the library. i was way too tired to get any work done.

anyway, i havent much to say besides that i am very glad christmas is over and that chanukah isnt. im still very tired today, but dont think that i will nap whilst at work.

zombies and a smack in the head

at about 4 am this morning i woke suddenly, with a smack to my head, from a zombie nightmare. well, i was glad to be out of zombie-land, but damn! my head hurt. turns out harry had a nightmare as well, but in his he was falling and looking for something to grab on to to save him from the fall. that is why he smacked my head. really. hard.

wedding nightmare

last night i had a wedding nightmare. first, the wedding was at the wrong place. some weird restaurant. the rabbi wasnt there. the photographer (who was a big, fat guy that looks nothing like our photographer(s)) wasnt there. no music... nada. and... the people who we care about most didnt show up. oh yeah - we didnt have the rings either. i remember feeling sad and disappointed. it was just a poopie wedding. ugh.

anyway, im sure it will all be perfect. who knows why i had that nightmare? im really not freaking out or anything, so its kinda weird, but probably fairly normal.

my teeth are small

so this morning i had a dentist appointment - just a cleaning. anyway, the doctor asked me if the two teeth in the top row right next to the middle ones are baby teeth. i told her that they aren't and said that they are small and look like baby teeth. i repeated that they are my grown-up teeth. the she told me that if i wanted they could make them bigger. that is just weird. who wants bigger teeth?!?! if you know me, do you think my 2 teeth right next to the 2 top front teeth are small? what the fooey?

snowing...

its snowing. oh how i love the snow. it is the only redeeming part of winter. in fact, i wish it could snow in the summer. you know... i dont want it to be cold in the summer, but just to snow. thats all. whats so weird about that?

in other news... harry is finally done with the fall quarter and now has time to clean the house and cook dinner (yeah, i really am an awful "woman"). hooray for winter break!

hiatus

i took one, but now im back. hooray!

last night harry came home from school with a crazed look on his face. he said he saw a meteor and that it was HUGE! white on the inside and purple on the outside. and... he thought it may have hit a building. well, i didnt hear any sirens, but i believed him. so we sat outside and saw about 4 more smaller meteors. apparantly what we saw is part of a meteor shower that peaks tonite, but started on the 7th. it is called the geminid meteor shower. check it out if you are reading this.
